Maid Clean up Fee and garbage haul off- $350 (Excess work or damage will be applied to Deposit Fee)
Weddings - Wedding Coordinator is responsible for insuring that event decorations, inside or outside, including flowers, fabrics, rented tables, chairs or tents, are properly installed to not damage Burwoodhall property and same are removed by noon the next day. All garbage created by the event is to be bagged for easy haul away. Any re-arranged Burwoodhall furniture is to be returned to original configuration.
Large groups - Pumping Fee of $1200 will be added.
Use of Gazebo - Included
Free Golf (you supply the golf balls)
Party Tent - Allowed - Rented by Event Planner from Private Contractor in lieu of renting the Carriage House. Requires Event coordinator to also rent a luxury port-a-john trailer from an authorized dealer.
Food - Acquired by Event Planner
We support youth summer events especially golf camps, art and music events, reenactor encampments, boy scouts, etc.
