2024 Rates - Short TERM Rental 

Garden Apartment is approx 2000 sq ft with private ground level entrance through a French door.  Country side views and access to Gazebo.  Apartment Accommodates 8 overnight guests , apartment has two bedrooms.  Front room is 800 sq ft with a king bed, sitting area, TV, & Kitchenette.  The second bedroom is 400 sq ft and has 2 full beds and 2 twin beds.  Euro style bathroom is divided into two rooms.  One room has a commode and vanity , the other room has a separate shower and tub, Vanity sink, laundry area, & walk in closet with hotel safe,  Another room is 800 sq ft plush movie room with theatre seats and a poke games area.  No pets, no smoking.

Two Night Minimum, No Pets, No Smoking. 

Per Night first 2 Adults - $ 156 plus tax 

Cleaning FEE $145

• Extra guests $20/night for each additional person (covers use of utilities and bedding).
